Only authenticated people invited to that household, subject to the role and access limits assigned by a household administrator. Nora staff access should be limited to authorized operational needs and logged where appropriate.
Does Nora sell family data or use it for advertising?
No. Nora is designed without data sales or advertising based on a child’s meals, diagnosis, measurements, or caregiver notes.
What happens when optional AI is enabled?
The requested feature sends the minimum relevant context to the household’s selected provider. The interface should identify the provider and provide controls for disabling AI-assisted features.
Can access be temporary?
Yes. A household administrator can create limited or read-only access and set an expiration date for school staff, relatives, or another temporary caregiver.
Can the family download everything?
Administrators can export structured household records. Attachments and account-level exports should be included according to the export type selected.
Is Nora a healthcare provider or hospital record system?
No. Nora is a family caregiver support application. The privacy and regulatory responsibilities that apply may differ from those of a hospital, clinic, or insurance plan.
